She is currently the VP Product at Bench Accounting (an Employer.com company), her past roles include Director of Service Design and Research at EYDS Canada and Digital Product Strategy for Lush North America. With 20 years of experience in strategy and design across various industries, she focuses on creating equitable products and services through inclusive and trauma-informed methods.
