What I am really getting at here is.... if people are busy that day but want to help out... is there a specific window of time you need quorum for? E.g. are there any important votes or actions you want to get done rapid fire in the first 10 mins and then the rest is presentation/discussion? (We have similar challenges getting quorum for strata meetings)

Do you need quorum for all of the votes or just to start?

Thanks for taking this on! One thing that I think would be neat to try out is a hybrid event where there is an in-person presentation with networking but it is also webcast and recorded for people who can't be there in person.
