Thanks Duncan! Also, yes the status bug it was when manually entering an email. I had switched to google auth to get around it.

I think the issue is that the signup flow takes you into pairwise, but you need to separately go back to the email to click the link afterwards. Otherwise you are stuck in pairwise without the option.
