Yes! To confirm the start of meeting, to confirm the results of the online election, to confirm the results of the online bylaw change motions (if any), to confirm the treasurer’s report. Technically to end the meeting requires a quorum vote affirmative but if you lose quorum then… you’re also allowed to end the meeting. 🤪 Without quorum we are allowed to share community updates or committee reports; they are just considered community share rather than AGM specific items.

What I am really getting at here is.... if people are busy that day but want to help out... is there a specific window of time you need quorum for? E.g. are there any important votes or actions you want to get done rapid fire in the first 10 mins and then the rest is presentation/discussion? (We have similar challenges getting quorum for strata meetings)
